FountainHill and MY Family Fun Camp!

We're back again with another COVID-safe Family Fun Camp! Yaaay!

Experienced “Covid-19 Safe” children’s area provider!

All managers have completed a Covid-safe awareness course. We can provide stand-alone hand sanitiser stations, all staff and volunteers practice social distancing and wear clear visors.

• We have worked very closely with local authorities and Environmental Health, and we are delighted to announce that we are arranging another COVID-safe Family Fun Kids Camp here at our beautiful base - Fountainhill, in picturesque Pembrokeshire!

• We have large marquees, tonnes of hand sanitiser and make-your-own child-friendly face shields, which we make and decorate as our first activity. Kids get their own equipment to play with for the camp to help make this a COVID-safe place to play, where, although families will be socially distancing from each other, this will not stop the feeling of connectivity and coming together that flourish at our camps.

• This will be 7 days of camping fun in a field, as we have acres of land to spread ourselves apart where necessary! Families will need to provide their own accommodation in tents or camping vehicles; although we do have a limited number of fully-fitted yurts and bell tents available to hire out, and a local campervan hire company nearby. Please contact us directly if you are interested in hiring accommodation.

• We do also have a limited number of electrical hook-ups, but these are booked on a first come, first served basis, at a cost of £25 each.

• Some of the exciting activities on offer for you and your families will be; Circus Skills tuition, Craft Workshops, Children’s Theatre workshops (with costumes!), Socially-Distanced Trampolines, Campfire songs, Storytelling under the stars, Silly Games, Outdoor Games, Bushcraft activities and much much more!

• Prices are on a sliding scale based on your families income (Including camping and activities):
  £200 - Low/No Income families (We know lots of people are facing hard financial times currently, please get in touch if you might struggle to afford this as there are some discretional bursaries available)
  £250 - Average Income Families
  £300 - High Income Families

• We do not pry into any individuals finances, we ask you simply to choose what you can afford and what feels fair. The higher income prices help us to fund more places for lower income families to join in too, so please only select what you can afford based on your circumstances.

NOTE FOR PARENTS - Due to the excitable and friendly nature of children, we do ask for every grown-up's support to facilitate the children social distancing. Children are wonderfully inquisitive creatures and social distancing doesn't come naturally or easily. We found at our last COVID-safe camp that we need the co-operation of parents to ensure this is maintained, with regular reminders to your children and keeping an eye on them when socialising outside of your bubble. Hand sanitiser and masks/face shields will be made available and easily accessed across the site, and we suggest to parents to give their child a small clip-on sanitiser bottle to have on their person at all times.

£200 - Low/No Income families (We know lots of people are facing hard financial times currently, please get in touch if you might struggle to afford this as there are some discretional bursaries available)

£250 - Average Income Families

£300 - High Income Families

Electric Hook up £25, limited quantity, please pre-booked BEFORE paying, to confirm availability.

3) Confirm your booking/payment by sending a confirmation email to the address above.

We can accept payments for the camp itself via the "Book Now" button, however anyone wanting electric hook ups, Yurts or other accommodation needs to contact us in advance on majicalyouth@gmail.com to confirm availability and prices before booking. Thank you.
